Hello Lan Su Garden Performers!

Please arrive at CONFERENCE ROOM LOCATED ON THE MAIN FLOOR OF 220 NW 2nd AVENUE between 1:00 and 1:15.
Parking: Smart Park between Naito Parkway ad 1st Ave o Davis St.
At 1:30 we will walk across the street to Lan Su, set up our sound equipment and perform at 2:00.
Uniform: Red Hoodies and dark pants. (There are smalls available at the studio. If you need to borrow one, please write the signal group or let Kate know 503-928-2595)
It will be cool - weather right now says a high in the low 50s. Make sure you dress warm enough to stand around outside for an hour and be comfortable.
I have a small number of tickets available for guests of performers. If you are interested in one, text kate: 503-928-2595. Tickets are not needed by performers. Tickets can be purchased here.

We need to run the sound system at Flying Tortoise before taking it to Lan Su.
