Black Dragon Fist  (Wulong Quan 乌龙拳) is a hybrid martial art that combines Subak, Baji, Pigua, and the Jingang Bashi. All four of these styles are unified by the “black dragon” coiling mechanic used by the waist. When practiced with the WuLong mechanic at their core, these styles integrate with one another to create a robust and flexible martial art system.

This art form excels in honing kicking mechanics. Aaron is adept at teaching kids as well as adults. Wu Long is straightforward enough that it is a great option for kids 8 years and older.

WuLong Quan is taught by Aaron Diaz, who has practiced Subak since 1990 and Baji/Pigua since 2003.
