Beijing Boot Camp
Beijing Boot Camp: eight hours of traditional instruction across a range of kung fu styles, the same way we learn in China. Teaches valuable martial mechanics, and also explores the limits of students’ endurance in a safe and supported way. Available regularly in Portland, on-site option.
Tea & TaiJi, Tea & BaGua
Tea and Taiji, Tea and Bagua: short but memorable experiences for teams and other groups. Gentle enough to suit any physical ability level, impactful enough to change lives. On-site or at the school.
Internal Power Tuneup
Internal Power Tuneup: a concentrated dose of highly transferable body mechanics for speed, power, and stability. The instructor team has experience using these methodologies to boost effectiveness and sustainability in a wide range of practices including MMA, capoeira, karate, and boxing. Remote TaiJi
Remote Taiji: an inclusive and accessible session, suitable for any ability level. Draw upon our extensive remote teaching and teambuilding experience to improve your health, your project team’s cohesion, or your change management initiative. Highly repeatable.
