For the uninitiated, 'Church' is our school vernacular for Sunday Sparring Club. A perennial feature of our before-times curriculum, 'Church' gave us all a chance to hone our technique under the pressure of an uncooperative opponent. It was awesome and I'm very excited to bring it back.
Who can come: FTA students are welcome to watch, participation is limited to those with 6 months or more training time at the school.
What we will do: The coming session will cover timing sparring, rolling, push hands and Dao fencing.
You will need: Mouth-guards are mandatory for participation.
Cost: Free with Membership, 2 class credits if you have a punch card
