This class draws from the following classical styles

  • Yiquan

  • Bagua

  • Xingyi

  • Taiji

  • Sanhuangpaochui

The forms section of the class focuses on the Linear 64 combat form of Bagua from both the Cheng and Liang perspective as well as the Spring form for Li Style Taiji.
